FirstLead Systems
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy explains what information FirstLead Systems collects through this website and through the services we operate, how that information is used and shared, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this straightforward and free of legal jargon.
1. Information you submit to us
When you submit a form on this website or contact us directly, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, and any message you write.
If you become a client, we may also process lead and customer information that flows through the system we build for you — for example, the names, contact details, and project details that homeowners submit through your lead form. That information belongs to your business; we process it to operate the service.
We do not ask for payment card numbers or government identification through the forms on this website.
2. Information generated through normal use
FirstLead Systems uses Lovable for website hosting, private database storage, and visitor analytics that are enabled for this site. Basic technical and usage information may include page visits, request logs, device or browser details, approximate location derived from network information, error reports, timestamps, and delivery records from hosting, email, and automation providers. We use this information to understand site use and to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
This website also loads a realtime operational analytics tracker from FirstLead's private Command Center. The tracker may use random visitor or session identifiers stored in your browser's local or session storage, and may record the page, path, and title you are viewing, a sanitized referrer (with query strings removed), button and link interactions, the occurrence of a form submission, scroll-depth milestones, timestamps, and whether a visitor is currently online. It is designed not to capture the text someone types into form fields, passwords, or payment-card details.
3. Why we process this information
- To respond to inquiries and answer questions about our services.
- To test and monitor the operational flow of submissions made through our live demonstrations, including confirming storage and automation routing.
- To set up, configure, and operate client services.
- To provide automated lead capture and lead response functionality.
- To provide customer support and service-related communication.
- To administer billing and payments.
- For security, fraud prevention, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers and third-party platforms
We rely on third-party tools to operate the business, and those providers may process information where it is necessary to deliver the service:
- Stripe may independently process payment and billing information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Lovable provides website hosting, database infrastructure, and visitor analytics. Make supports automation routing. Google services and email providers support business communications and inbox delivery.
- Floot hosts the private FirstLead Command Center, including the realtime operational analytics and visitor-presence infrastructure loaded by the tracker on this website.
These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their roles differ by service: some process information for us, while others may determine aspects of processing independently. Information may also be handled by a client's agreed lead destination when we operate that client's system.
5. We do not sell personal information
Selling personal information is not part of our business model. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data security
We take reasonable, practical steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it and using established providers with their own security controls. Form submissions from this website are stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as it is useful for the purposes described above, for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever is appropriate. Some records may be kept longer where needed for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion of your inquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We will respond to reasonable requests and act on them where we are able to.
9. Third-party links
This website links to other sites, including our live roofing demo and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Review their policies separately.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or tools change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means the current version applies.
